The Ottawa Impact Power Grab: A Religious Group or Hate Group

The Clowns:

During act changes, a circus will send in the clowns to entertain and distract the audience from major equipment and costume changes made by those controlling the overall circus.

But don’t underestimate the clowns, which are also the opening act intended to soften the crowd for what’s to come and set the pace of impending action. Thus, Ottawa Impact.

Center Ring:

The main attraction is built on the conservative evangelical Christian belief that they deserve to rule the country because they alone understand the word of God and are anointed by God to make sure that word is fulfilled.

“Proponents of “Christian nationalism” claim that they represent the truest form of the faith and that they know God’s will in a way others do not and cannot, and so they often believe they are empowered to impose their vision of the common good on the rest of the country.

“We, the church, are God’s governing body on the Earth,” chanted a group of religious conservatives recently in Atlanta. “We have been given legal power from heaven and now exercise our authority.”
